Server log files
When you visit the website, technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) is processed briefly to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Applications
If you apply via the form, we store your details (character name, class, Discord name, free text) to process your application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Only guild leadership, officers and recruiters have access. Closed applications are deleted automatically after 180 days, or earlier on request.

Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies (language preference, form security). There is no tracking and no advertising.

Links to Discord lead to external pages where Discord's privacy policy applies.
